認識 Pathways及Levels

 RICS Pathway 即考生選擇的專業範疇. Associate RICS一共有13個Pathways, 而APC合共有22個Pathways. 而本書講解的兩個Pathways: Quantity Surveying and Construction Pathway 及 Project Management Pathway 都可以被選擇為Associate RICS及APC的範疇.

在Written Submission中, Summary of Experience (SoE) 是一個非常重要的部份. 而在SoE中, 分別會包括各種Competencies(專業勝任力). 不同的Pathways中會出現不同的Competencies組合, 而不同的Competencies會有約定的水平達到要求.

Level 1 - Knowledge and Understanding, 考生需要在此Level中充份表現出對相關Competencies 的基本認知.

Level 2 - Application of Knowledge, 考生需要在此Level中充份表現出對相關Competencies 的應用能力.

Level 3 - Reasoned Advice, 考生需要在此Level中充份表現出對相關Competencies 的靈活運用能力, 並需要對不同情況的發生提供有合理原因的有效建議.
